
Teresa is presently working on several works for voice and electronics. The first, "About the Dark Times," uses the poetry of Bertolt Brecht.
Some other recent compositional projects includes two dance score with fellow composer James Beckwith Maxwell for choreographer Claire French.These two works were presented at the Dance Center in Vancouver BC (review), a choir collaboration with taonga puoro musician Rangiiria Hedley, (this work was selected by Elektra choir for their reading session 2009) www.elektra.ca , as well as a work for Cello and Classical guitar which was performed in the Further East Further West Concert with Vancouver ProMusica featuring Eric Wilson (cello) and Michael Strutt (guitar) www.vancouverpromusica.ca
Te Whiri: An Album inspired by the taonga (Maori treasures) in the international exhibition Ko Tawa, which opened in New Zealand at the Auckland Museum and traveled till 2008. Teresa composed 8 of the 9 tracks. It was her first exploration into the world of traditional Maori Instruments. Te Whiri can be purchased thru The Canadian Music Center.
